how old does an african grey have to be to start breeding?and which gets bigger the male or female?

I wouldn't start to breed a domestic female grey until she is about 5 years old.  I'd pair her up with a male several years earlier, so they could pair-bond, but I wouldn't allow them to produce offspring until she was around 5 years.  I've seen males larger than females and females larger than males...it just depends on the individual bird (genetics, health, etc.).
