My Hanicap Parrotlet

Well I have a handicap parrotlet they said he is a star gazer. He loves being around other parrotlet every time he is with other parrotlets he cuddles with them and plays. I was wondering if i should get another parrotlet for him to play with? And if i did could i get another male and he is still young so do you think he would be able to share his cage with the other bird?

I've never heard the phrase "star gazer."  What is this supposed to mean about the bird?  I'm sure your parrotlet likes being around other birds because birds prefer other birds to humans if they have a choice.  If you want a tame, pet bird, do not purchase another bird.  If you purchase another bird, your current parrotlet will prefer the other bird to you and you'll lose your friend.  If your current parrotlet isn't tame and you don't have the time, patience, etc., to tame him, then you probably should get another bird for your parrotlet.  Whether 2 birds would live peacefully together depends on the personalities of the individual birds involved.
