hey,i bought a new 8 weeks quaker,he stays at one place where ever you keep him,he doest move any where,how should i start my relationship with him?and after how long will he start eating himself?

Have you taken your bird to an avian veterinarian yet? All new birds should have an exam and you want to make sure that his lack of inactivity is not due to an illness.

As for weaning - that is a question to ask a breeder.
