good stuff bad stuff

are pomegranates safe for my parrots to eat. i'm also looking for a longer detailed good stuff bad stuff for my parrots to either eat or just chew up. tghe list i now have is from my parrot magazine "bird talk" and the list is at least 10 years old. thank-you

I'm actually not sure about pomegranates but I've never heard of them being dangerous. Here's the list that I remember and live by: Avocados, onions, raw potatoes, chocolate/caffeine of any sort, salt, too much sugar, mushrooms, apple/apricot/cherry/peach/pear/plum seeds, Pop/soda, tea, alcohol, and metals like lead, zinc, and mercury, and certain woods.
