cleaning infestation/illness?

recently i took on a job of cleaning up after an infestation of mice. since i have had dizzy spells and just wondering if this is caused by cleaning up after these mice?

The only illness to even think about is the hantavirus, which is extremely rare.  About 23 people in the U.S. get it per year, in the Southwestern states.  

The hantavirus is spread through inhalation of dried urine or feces of the infected mice.  Thus it is possible for someone to contract the illness doing the kind of work you were doing.  

The symptoms are flu-like, but not necessarily dizziness.  They begin at a minumum of two weeks after exposure.  You should at least call your doctor to ask about possibility of infection in your area.  But don't worry about it.
