How long Left?

Hi !!


I Purchased three mice from a relative about a week ago and One of them is pregnant!One of the three I Bought Is a boy,So i separated him from the girls.But What i want to know Is how Pregnant is my mouse?She is About the size of a ping-pong ball and made her nest yesterday.She does Quite allot of running in her wheel but she has reduced the amount she runs in the last 3 days or so.Please Could you help?

Dear Cozza,

She is probably in her second week, though the size of her pregnant tummy will vary depending on the size of the mouse.  Mice are pregnant for 21 days.  The other female is probably pregnant too.  You will need to have a good plan for what to do with the babies and separate the males because left to their own devices, these two mice could turn into hundreds of mice within a couple of months.
