Question
I got a new mouse the other day as my last one had passed away and I needed a friend for her sister. They got on fine and rarely had a fight. They are still doing great althugh its ony been a week or so.

I was just wondering if its normall for my older female to groom my younger female? She did used to do this to my last mouse and I wasnt sure but I just dont want her to be hurting my new one.

Answer
Dear Dems,
thank you for your question.
Mouse groom each other, they enjoy it and it's an important part of their social interaction. Sometimes it's also a sign of dominace when a mouse gets groomed against her will, but it doesn't hurt her and it's also normal behaviour.
I hope I was of some help to you
