female mouse kills other mice

do female mice normally kill other female mice?because mine does!please HELP!!!

Dear Ashleigh,

Though most female mice live happily together, there are girls who are simply aggressive to other mice. These mice just have to live alone, just like a male mouse has to live alone.  This doesn't mean they are bad, and they can be wonderful with humans. They just have the wrong personality to be with other mice.

She will appreciate it if her cage is close to the cage of the other mice, because mice do constantly communicate in high-pitched squeaks that we can't hear.

I'm so sorry about the deceased mice.
