I don't know what you mean by lichen. Lichen is usually a term describing a parasite on a tree or plant. There is a condition in humans called lichen planus, which is characterized by close pimple-type lesions. Does your mouse have some sort of pimples; and if so, where? Is it missing fur? can you describe the problem and how it began?

Do you possibly mean lice, little insects on the mouse?
