Need Help ASAP!!!!

Hi,
My husband put a topical dog spray in the container where I keep the water spritzer for the crabs. It looks so much like the same bottle that I accidently sprayed it in the tank on the soil and other shells and tank decorations. The tank smells like medicine and I got the crabs out right away and rinsed them off a few times. They were mostly under the soil and not on top. I have a temporary small tank but no soil or sand. It is 10:30 pm and the stores are closed. What can I put as a bottom in the temporary tank till tomorrow? Also do you think the crabs will be okay?

Shredded paper or several layers of paper towel will get you through until tomorrow.

It's hard to say how they will do but it sounds like you did the best you could with the situation. If they are okay for the next week they should be fine although it is possible that you would lose one during their next molt if they have been affected.
