my hermit crab lost its leg

everyday when i wake up i see my 2 hermit crabs homer and noddy and 1 day i went to scholl and came backand i found that 1 of them had lost a leg.i dont no what to do and i really need some help will it servive and haw do i no when my hermitcrabs need knew shells and i heard they are fussie and how would i know wotch shell to get i know it is a lot of question bbut im confused help me

They need shells as soon as you get the crabs. Make sure to offer 4-5 shells in different sizes and openings for each crab.
