squealing guinea pig

Hi, I have 2 guinea pigs, female and male. I have had them for about 2 months and we are very hands-on with them. Recently when I picked my female up she squeals very loudly. I know she is used to us and we are very careful picking her up. Why does she do this? Could she be pregnant possibly?

 If your piggy has been near a male piggy recently, she might be pregnant. Has she been growing plump? If she squeals for a long time then she may be in pain.
