guinea pig health

my guinea pig has been laying on her side and kicking for the past couple hours . i thought she was pregnant but i read how they give birth standing . is she going to die or what .?

I apologize for not getting this message sooner. Lying on the side and kicking is an ominous sign and typically means a very ill pig, possibly fatal. I fear that by the time I got this message it was already too late for her. Whatever was the cause, by the time they are at that point it is usually irreversible. I am so sorry I can't give you better news.
