Ear cleaning and dental care

I was looking around the pet store looking for ear cleaning products and I found ear wipes and a liquid, I was wondering if unscented baby wipes would be the same thing as the ferret ear wipes? Would the liquid be better then the wipes or should I get both? Do ferrets need there teeth brushed?

What you should do with the ear wipes and the baby wipes is compair the ingrediants.  If the ingrediants are the same, then it should be safe.  If you get the wipes you shouldn't have to get the drops as well unless you need them.  Yes, you should keep their teeth clean.
