6 month old ferret

my baby has a swollen vulva. I work at an animal clinic. MY boss told me just as long as her appitite was still there and she uses the restroom fine i have nothing to worry about.I just dont like the fact that is swollen is there anything that i could put on it.

Unless your vet boss is knowledgeable about ferrets, you should take her to see a ferret specific vet. A swollen vulva could be very serious for a ferret, it may restrict her ability to urinate, causing very serious problems or even death. Don't put anything on it unless directed by a ferret vet.
