Ferret Has Bird-Seed Poop

Question
I've had my 8 month old ferret 'Lexi' For about a month or so now. For the past couple days she's had runny poop and today i noticed her poop had that bird seed kind of look to it. I looked it up online and said that it was a digestive problem and i should switch her to a more bland, easy digestible diet. I already feed her marshalls ferret food mixed with 8 in 1 mix so I do buy the higher quality foods as it is. She also shares a cage with my 7 month old male 'Dexter' so if i were to switch her food, I would be switching his as well. What do you suggest i do in this situation. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Oh and i also give them ferret lax and that nutri-vite high calorie paste usually daily.

Thanks very much

Answer
Two part question here, for the runny and seedy poop, you need to see your vet to make sure it isn't something contagious.  Second part, a highly digestible and high quality food would be Natural Gold or Totally Ferret (preferably the Venison formula).  These are nutritionally complete, digestible proteins and low in carbs.  Your vet may have you put them on something more bland if that is called for like a/d or Carnivore Care.  But, she needs to be checked out by a vet.
