Itchy, tired ferret

Question
My boy Malakai is around 8 months old. He has all his shots. He's been an itchy little bugger since we got him, though not to the point of any fur missing. I use Yesterdays news for litter and Carefresh bedding and feed them "Premium Diet" Marshall ferret food.
I searched through his fur and saw 3 little black specks that looked like fleas, but they weren't moving or anything. I have 2 other ferrets and they don't itch more then regular. Fleas would spread to all animals, and the kits have regular interaction with our cats and dog, but none other of our animals have any excess itching or fleas on them.

My main issue right now is that over the past 4 days or so Malakai has lost some weight and I haven't seen him eating. His stools have been green and mucousy, with little solid mass in them. Often he'll try to poo and nothing comes out. He has been drinking plenty of water though, that hasn't changed.
I have a powdered carnivore diet approved for ferrets from another animal's vet visit. I've been mixing that up for him since yesterday so he stays nourished. When I first got him he had brown diarrhea but that cleared up in under a week.
My 6 month male Wolfie has had the "bird seedie" looking stool a few times recently, though. Wolfie's sister Taffy has normal stool and is a right little ball of energy.

When I take them all out the other two romp around, play and wrestle like normal. Malakai will just explore around and lie down a lot. He hasn't been interested in playing, other then a little tug of war with my socks and he lies down a lot. His eyes are bright and healthy looking, not watery or anything. He's usually very energetic and playful. They eat "Premium Diet" Marshall ferret food.
I did some research and got him on Marshall Ferret-lax last night, in case it's a hairball. He could have consumed some other foreign substance, but I'm not sure.

I have him isolated from the other ferrets right now. My 6 month male Wolfie has had the "bird seedie" looking stool now and then, though.
I'm a worried mommy, so I'll really appreciate your input as soon as you can.
Thanks very much.

Answer
Itchy-ness could be anything from dry winter skin to ear mites (which may also explain the black dots).  His behavior changes and his poop changes suggest something more and requires a vet visit, especially since 2 of them have different looking poop.  the vet should give you a better explanation for the changes you have seen.  Once all is well, I suggest getting them all on a high quality food like Totally Ferret Venison formula or Natural Gold.
