My Ferret is overweight when a month ago he was skinny.

How can a ferret that eat two-times a day can become fat in over a month?  He also is losing hair, a lot, what can I do to make his coat stay fresh?

I don't know if you have your ferret on scheduled feedings or not. But ferrets have a very short digestive tract and their food shouldn't be limited.
