how do you control the odor from the ferrets? It is about the way you wash them?

Answer
All ferrets have a ferret smell some worse than others. The way to keep the smell down is to NOT bath them often. Bathing too much can actually make them smell 10x worse since it causes their body to overproduce natural oils in their skin.

Keeping litter boxes, bedding (hammocks, beds, etc.) clean helps with the odor if those are clean smells cannot cling to the ferret.
