dog pees in obediance class but not at home

My dog pees a storm up in obedience class but I don't have this problem at home. Charlie is either 3 or 8 years old depending if I talk to the rescue agency or my vet.  He's a Shit.  Is this fear or marking behavior and should I do anything?

This is often a sign of fear, anxiety, or just excitement. Make sure Charlie gets a good walk before class, monitor his anxiety during class and possibly stand behind a physical barrier away from the other dogs during class until he gets used to this situation.

Give him frequent breaks during class as well until he feels more comfortable.
