Adult dog poops and pees in house

i just recently moved where theres a spayed female dog that lives next door. I have a alpha male. When i leave the house he occasionally poops in there house. I know hes been out before i go. Any advice?

In a recent move the chance of it being the next door female is less than just being in a new home.  Go back to the basics, using the potty training schedule on my website (with times appropriate to the age of your dog-that is for beginning young pups) and you should see a marked improvement very soon.
