Bad Weather Elimination

Our perfectly housetrained, newly adopted 6-year old Chi will not go outside when it rains.  How do we get her to eliminate in bad weather, including winter?

Hello Ed,
I'm sitting here laughing at your question because it sounds like you have a little princess like I do.   What worked for me is to take the dog outside on a leash.  Yes, I had to go too....., with an umbrella.    But it forced her to go outside and after a little while, she seemed to understand that she could go right out, do her business and run right in.
