my dog poops on the floor

Question
i bought a dog pad so her can poop or pee in it but he doent go there he still goes on my carpet how do i teach him to gon on the pad? hes 2 months old.

I have instructions on my site that outline a very effective potty training plan.  And 2 months old is very young-do not expect this puppy to be very successful for a little while yet.
