Dog urinating on own bed

My 4 year old choc lab urinated 3 nights ago on her own bed and I found her in the morning laying on it.  Is this not really strange for a dog to urinate on their bed, she has never done it before.  She is now dragging her bed around the utility room, and scrunching it up almost as if she is nesting. (I washed the bed very, very well).  I gave birth to my 2nd child 3 months ago and wonder if she is displaying signs of jealousy?

Dogs don't experience jealousy but she may be finding it difficult as she is probably getting less exercise, attention, routine etc.

However, the first thing you must do is take her to the vet to check there is nothing wrong with her.  It is unusual behaviour and to come on suddenly is worrying.  Is she spayed?  Get her checked ASAP.

Also have a think about the changes in the household and how they may have affected her.
