Nasty Behavior

Have a year 5 year old Shitz-Tzu who was neutered as a pup.I have had a few incidences in the past but more frequent of late of him peeing/spraying?. He's often just came in from relieving himself outside but seems intent on spraying??in the house,often the same places. Any idea how to stop this nasty behavior?
