Answer
Hi, congratulations on your pending puppies.  To start off, when the puppies are about 5wks old, you'll want to worm them for round worms.  They get these worms from their mother, so it is necessary for you to worm them twice, two weeks apart to kill them.  At 6wks, you'll want to start their vaccinations.  Normally you can get 5 in 1 or 6 in 1 vaccinations from your vet or feed store.  You give these vaccinations 3wks apart.  When the pups reach 4 months, they should receive their rabies vaccination.  Here is a list of the vaccinations & worming schedule:

5wks - 1st Worming
6wks - 1st 6 in 1 vaccination (Sometimes called DHL-P with corona, or DA2LPP with corona)
7wks - 2nd worming
9wks - 2nd 6 in 1 vaccination
12wks - 3rd 6 in 1 vaccination
16wks - Rabies vaccination

Some people vaccinate & worm at the same time.  I never recommend that personally as I feel putting that much of chemicals in their system at one time isn't that great for their systems.  Its a personal choice, so sometimes it is best to use your own judgement on that matter.  If you need anymore help, feel free to let me know.  Good Luck
