my pomeranian keeps vomitting

i don't give her tables scraps all the time, only once this week, but every time i feed her her dog food and i sometime mix it with wet dog food w/ a small amount of water, she throws up immediatley after eating. I am concerned and a bit worried, I love her but what can i do to stop it, this has been going on every time she eats or just drink water!

If she is only throwing up when you mix other foods with her dry food she obviously can't handle anything on her tummy then dog food. Some dogs are just very sensitive to diet changes. If she is throwing up even just the dry food try giving her a bland diet of fried hamburger (drain all the grease off..or even rinse with water threw a strainer) and mix it with equal parts of cooked white rice. Feed that for 4-5 days. If she throws that up or can't keep any water down you need to see a vet right away. Good luck to you.
