Labrador Retriever and rabbits

Question
We have a 8 1/2 yr old lab.  In the past couple of days she has gotten ahold of a few baby rabbits who made their home under our deck.  She dug under the deck, grabbed them up in her mouth and would not drop them. After attempting to get her out from under the deck where she became stuck, she had a baby rabbit in her mouth and would not drop the rabbit, she went to the door and wanted to go into our home with this rabbit.  My question is when this happens again, what would be the easiest way to get the baby rabbit from her mouth?

Answer
Maybe use a water gun?  A treat?  A favourite toy?  The thing about labs is that it is instinct to do this.  It's what they are bred for.  I would be getting the rabbits moved somewhere safer.  Go release them somewhere.  You can't blame a dog for it's natural urges.  You could secure the deck so she can't get to them.  Or else put the dog on a lone house line outside so she can't reach them.  I would honestly move the rabbits. Call an animal rescue service.
