SPANIEL JUMPING OVER WALL

I have 5 dogs : 1 Rottweiler, 1 Border Collie and 3 Spaniels!  They are all male except 1 of the Spaniels.  She is 5 years old and jumps over walls.  We have moved into a new house and had new walls built.  She jumps over even the highest, which is about 5 1/2 ft. Raising the walls is not an option. I've put planks on top of the walls, hoping this will stop her - what do you think?

Well what you try is to use a rope or a chain that is as long as your yard,but gets tight at the fence line,sometimes that is the only way to stop a dog from climbing,but after a few weeks of doing that,you can try it with out a tie out and see how that goes
