Question
We had an F-english bull and M- chihuahua. Everytime when the bulldog comes close the the chihuahua's food, he will get mad and try to attack....because this morning we had some food in the bowl for him and then he left to use the potty. Bulldog came in first and went towards the area where his bowl was she was just on her tummy sniffing where chihuahua's bowls was, one he came in he went toward where his bowl was and seen bulldog in the area of his bowl and started the grawl at the bull dog. The problem is its not just only dealing with foods. He would be mad and started to grawl when the bulldog is near us... he hates it. What can I do to have him not be jealous...we want him to share and be always friendly....but most of the times both of them are good together..

Answer
The key to most behavior problems is approaching things using the dog's natural instincts.  Dogs see all the people and dogs in the household as a pack with each having their own rank in the pack and a top dog.  Life is much easier if the 2 legged pack members outrank the 4 legged ones.  You can learn to play the role of top dog by reading some books or going to a good obedience class. A good obedience class or book is about you being top dog, not about rewarding standard commands with a treat.
