Question
my gray and white schnauzer has several places on him that are turning red, especially one paw is solid red...what can cause this and how can i get his white back...thank you, gina taylor

Answer
The red color is caused by his licking/chewing on those areas. This is due to the pH of his saliva. Figure out WHY he is licking, eliminate the cause, and the normal haircolor will grow out again. This can be due to allergies, fleas, bacterial or fungal infections. You might have to get your vet's help to discover the reason.
