swolen and leaking nipples

We have a 13 year old mixed ( Yorky and schitue ) she has a big mass in one nipple the size of a small bouncy ball  and one other nipple that is leaking white stuff? Looks like breast milk. We have also noticed that she is getting more and more of the smaller bump just right under her skin on her belly. Could it be cancer or tumor? We will be taking her to the vet can't get in for a few days. She is eating and drinking fine.

Yes, the one is a tumor, but only the vet can say if it is cancerous or not. If she is not spayed and was in season 8-9 weeks ago, you could be seeing breast milk. Otherwise, I can only think it might be pus, and then she should be seen ASAP.

If you think she should be seen sooner, I would say that to your vet, and if they cannot get you in (I have waited many a time in the waiting room for mine to fit me in), then call a different vet.
