how much is too much in the case of feeding your dog bananas? My 15lb puggle loves them, but I only give her a couple of bites a week or so. She loves them so much I would like to give her frozen bananas as a treat.

My dogs love bananas too. It's safe to give your dog a bite or two of banana daily, whether they be frozen or fresh. Too much of this good thing can cause bowel problems.

Most fruits and vegetables are a great treat for dogs. You can try offering a baby carrot or two, frozen or fresh green beans watermelon, apple wedges (no seeds), a couple of blueberries, even clementine slices! Again, you don't want to over-do the veggies or fruit, as the extra roughage can case diarrhea. Still it's safe to give your dog a bite or two every day.
