How many times will a female dog allow herself to be mounted during her heat cycle? This is third heat cycle, but her first time with a male dog.  Also if she was only mounted once, would this be enough to make her pregnant?

It depends whether she is at her fertile time or not....the 13th day (give or take a day)  is the right time.   Did you breed her at that time?   Usually you need to breed from the 11th to the 13th day.  it does not matter how many times they mount, but if they "tie".  That means getting stuck together for about 20 minutes.
