Abandoned dog

My neighbor found an abandoned dog near a park where I lived. He could not take her in because he has two dogs. Also he was planning to call a shelter to have her picked up. I felt so badly for her that I took her in. I have two dogs already and I called my vet for an appointment. She will see my vet tomorrow. However the dog seems healty and I took her a bath with bacterial shampoo. Further she is eating and pooping normally. What else can I do to make sure she is healthy?

I think you are doing retty good so far-it make also make her feel more at home if you give her something soft to sleep on,like even a big towel,brushing her will also be good for her skin so if she will let you do that,it would be a good thing to do for her as well
