The answer to your question is yes. It will not only stay swollen it will swell even more than it is right now. Of course if she was just bred then she should be between day seven and day thirteen of her heat cycle so the swelling would be there until her heat cycle is over. If her pee pee is still swollen in a couple of weeks then that would be an indication that she is pregnant.
