Hello, I have a female pit who is about 14 months old. She is not vicious at all. Unknown people can come up and pet her and she barely even barks. When people walks up to the house she just jumps on them very friendly and they just push her to the ground and continue. Another example is an alley cat wondered in my patio and she wouldn't even attack it. She would smell it and the cat would panic and run. I even tried the reward system throwing food in a straight line closer and closer to the cat. She would eat the all the way up until the piece that was nearest to the cat. I do exercises with her such as hitting her with a towel and making her bite it and lock her jaws. I even started to feed her raw meat. Other people say feed her gun powder is that a good idea? I thought pits were suppose to be vicious is she a Kerr (punk)?

You're a freaking idiot. Pits are NOT supposed to be vicious or mean. If that's what you think please find your dog a home with someone who will properly care for her. You do NOT deserve a dog.
For one, Don't come at me like that. I didn't come at you with disrespect don't come at me like that. Talk to me like we are standing face to face and I'm close enough to slap the mess out of you OK. Pits are suppose to be protective of there owners and property. Where I'm from nobody will even test a Pit, rottweiler, or any typically vicious Dog. Now that we got that straighten out can I have an experts advise not a peon.

AnswerRespectfully, no, no one else can answer your question with the answer you want. Pit Bulls are by nature very human friendly dogs. They do not make good guard dogs because of this. Gun powder will kill your dog. Plain and simple. Hitting her with a towel will only make her scared of YOU. Dogs attack when threatened. She was not threatened by the cat therefore no reason to attack it. Raw meat can also harm your dog. It can have viruses in it that are killed when cooked. If you want to feed her meat, feed her cooked chicken.
Please do not attempt to train your dog this way. It will only cause more harm than good.
