Answer
If at all possible the litter should stay with their mother and each other until 6 weeks old and 7-8 weeks would be best.  They need that time together to learn to be dogs.  Then they need to start learning to live with people.  At 4 weeks, introduce a puppy chow wet down with plenty of water until it is almost liquid.  Cows' milk isn't good for puppies.  Feed them 4 times a day.  Any puppy chow should do.  I believe Pedigree is available in India and it should be fine.  At 6 weeks, you can cut back to 3 meals a day and no longer let the puppies nurse from the mother.  Add less and less water until at 6 weeks, it is dry from the bag.
