Question
We got a puppie a few days ago and need her to be an outside dog. She is still crying alot when she is alone and I realise it must be from missing her brothers and sisters. The first few night we've let her sleep indoors but she still cries alot. Any advise on how we must handle it?

Answer
You should not have a Labrador be an outside dog until it's over 6 months or even closer to a year.  Actually, by nature, the Labrador is supposed to be a human companion and many breeders will not even sell their puppies to anyone that plans on turning the dog into an outside dog.  They WILL learn to like it but you will have to train the dog inside until it's old enough.

I would do research on crate training (though I don't know if that's something done where you live) and raise the puppy with the family.  Allow short times outside, feed outside if possible, so the dog learns it's better outside, but the pup will still need to be with family members as much as possible and sleep inside until it's older.
