Back spasms

My 1 1/2 year old female jrt's skin on the top of her back spasms when i pat her it doesnt seem to hurt her and she loves me to scratch that spot really hard but im not sure if its normal cause her skin really finches when i touch that area any ideas?

It's absolutely perfectly normal. She is just super sensitive in that area. Continue to pet and scratch her  like you usually do. It't not necessary to do it too hard though.  One of my jacks Lucy does the same thing. I will touch her back and you can actually see the skin/muscle flinch. It's nothing at all to worry about, and I bet she loves it when you scratch or pet her.
