PJ - My Jack Russell Mix

I got PJ for Christmas last year.  I have to admit, I didn't know anything about raising a dog before I got him.  I fear that I've made some mistakes, I didn't adequately train him when he was a puppy.  But all of is "Bad" behaviors are listed as Jack Russell behaviors.  I love my dog to death and I would like to know if it is too late to start training him, he's 13 months old.

I wish you had said exactly what the behaviors are, but to answer your question, it is NEVER too late to re-train a dog. Jack Russells are stubborn, but they are also extremely smart dogs, and if done right, you can change those "bad" behaviors. I suggest finding a private dog training school in your area and enrolling him in a good citizenship class - and I don't mean training in a pet store, you should go to a class with other dogs in it which will help with many social issues too.
