jack russel loss of hair

hi im jill
my jack russell is losing a lot of fur
and shes itching all over!! we gave her flea treatment but it wont work
shes losing a lot of fur on her neck
please help i need an answer

It might not be fleas, and the treatment you are using might be making her lose even more fur, stop using it. She might be experiencing allergies or she may have a more serious condition called alopecia - please take her to be seen by a veterinarian.
