Question
please can you tell me how much a 19wk jack russel should weigh

Answer
Hello Steve,

It depends on what kind of jack you have, (a Parsons or a shortie)
The Parsons are usually on the bigger size with long legs and
the little shorties are more compact.
At five months old I can only estimate that the puppy should be
be approximately 8 pounds or so.
There are a lot of variables (height, type,)
It's healthier for a Jack to be on the lighter side than heavy
but you shouldn't be seeing any ribs!
Good luck with your puppy
