Question
My shepherd girl is 10 weeks old and she comes outside with me to do wee's most of the time. About once a day she will do it on a carpet in the house, even thou the door is open for her to go outside. I give her a treat some of the time when she goes outside on command. Any suggestions how I can encourage her to go outside on her own.

Going out with her, using the command, and praising her are extremely important as you are doing.  It is possible at 10 weeks she just gets too busy to go out, and suddenly has to go right now.  She may not be ready for the responsibility of going out herself yet.  She may also be reluctant to leave your company to go out.  So for another month, keep taking her out at least every few hours.  Also, praise her if she goes out herself.
