Enlarged Vulva

Question
I have a female dog which is a mix breed from English Dam- Cocker Spaniel & Sire-Samoyed. She is now 2.5 Years Aged. She gave two litters once of 6 another of 2 in her total heat cycle. Last time she came into heat on January 2008, after that as normally happens the Vulva will get enlarged but when the cycle will get over the vulva has to get back into its earlier position again. I coundn't check her Vulva regularly because my father was very ill at that moment and I had to remain busy with him all the time. From April 1st 2008 I suddenly found her vulva is enlarged enough and she tries to urinate all the time even when the bladder is empty and blood comes with her urine she straines all the time. Then a vet adviced me to complete a dosage of antibiotic because to him it is a normal infection. After that her Vulva became a bit small in size from the previous one but still now its not the perfect size. After completing the antibiotic dosage she became a bit fit and dosen't starins too much while she urinates but after 7 days she again started starining and color of the urine is same again. At this stage what can I do? In my country we don't have good vets and also required equiptments. Please help me.

Answer
Hi, this is actually beyond my expertise but im going to give you some very good advice, firstly your dog is far too young to of produced two litters already, she has almost certainly got seomething very wrong inside, you say your vet is not very good, i plead with you to take your dog to another vet, insist they do scans and get you female dog Spayed do not let her have any more litters, you cannot continue to breed from your girl in this way you are causing her all sorts of problems, but you need to get this infection sorted, ive asked for advice from a colleague on all experts on dogs and she has said the same thing find another vet and get your poor dog put right, she is suffering and you MUST do what you can to resolve that suffering.
Please take her as soon as possible, before the infection turns terminal/
