hey, i'm priyanka from india...i have a 2 years 2months old female english cocker spaniel who has been spayed. she weighs 19kgs and we feed her 250gms of royal canin divided  4 times a day. i wanted to know if we can continue feeding her 4 times a day or is it recommended to feed her only twice a day? since she is used to eating 4times a day she keeps asking for more if we feed her only twice a day.

Royal Canin isn't the best food but if you want to change to twice a day, make sure it's 500 gms. at each meal.

Might be easier if you went down to 3x a day for awhile.  It's perfectly okay to feed her 4x a day.

What you're doing doesn't sound like enough food for a 19 kg. dog of her age.  Also make sure you use different proteins and don't just stick with one.
