HELP PLEASE pooping in the house

Question
we have 2 English cocker spaniels,a gold boy called Bailey who is nearly 3yr old and a blue roan bitch called belle who is 1yr old.
Belle is our problem, we have been waking up to a poop every morning since we've had her (9 weeks) we keep thinking that she'll grow out of it, we've changed her feeding times over a number of weeks doesn't seem to change anything, taking her out as late as possible at night but she doesn't do anything. Bailey was fully trained at 5/6 months.
We're now at the stage of tearing our hair out!!!!!!
We have been on other forums and they all say the same Go back to basic toilet training

Answer
The other forums are correct.  Back up & start basic housebreaking again.

The way to do this is TAKE her (not just put her out) on leash...no chatting except the command you've chosen "go potty" or whatever you like.  When she goes...happy voice praise and a reward.

From your email it seems this only happens at night?  Where does she sleep?  Where is she pooping?  How late is her last bathroom trip?  Does this ever happen when your family is still up or always after you've all gone to bed?
