Cat hates fiance

I have 2 cats, both 5 yrs both fixed, male and female. My issue is that my male cat hates my fiance. He has done everything from peeing on/in his shoes, pooping on his clothes if left laying around,and he will even very rarely pee or poop on my things. The ONLY time he pees or poops on my fiance's or my stuff,is when my fiance and I have sex. We have done everything we know to do. My fiance has bought Ricky treats,toys,fed him,cleaned their litter box,spent extra time with Ricky only and NOTHING has worked. We bought Calm Down liquid from Pet Smart and added it to the water to see if that would help but nothing has changed. We are at a loss and about to call the vet or the guy that does the show "My cat from Hell" because literally, its frustrating and I dont know what else I can do to help Ricky get along with my fiance and not crap on his stuff, so we wont feel guilty about being intimate. HELP!!!!

How long have you and your fiancee been together? What does your male cat do when your fiancee feeds/waters/changes the litter box? Does he even take notice or does he actually watch? Have you tried Feliway? I'm not sure what's in Calm Down, so I don't know if it's the same thing or not. Feliway has synthetic pheromones that naturally help calm a cat down.

How exactly does your cat react physically to him? Or is it just urinating/defecating on his stuff? And I want to make sure one question...has your fiancee ever done anything to hurt and/or make the cat upset? And I mean anything little. How does the cat react towards you when this happens or how have you been handling when you find messes?
