Question
My daughter is moving back home. She has a male cat who was raised with two other cats. Hes been around alot of excitement and alot of people. My cat was raised with just the two of us and not around people or pets. She is easy going and laid back. How  is the best way to introduce the two? They are both fixed and indoor cats.

Answer
Good question. You should ask your vet this. However, ask your vet about baby powder that is safe for your cat. If they both smell the same, they will treat eachother better. By putting baby powder if your vet agrees with me on your cats for a couple of weeks, they should be more like family. Keeping the cats in seprate rooms could help too, yet the rooms should have a window so they can see eachother. There is baby powder that is not safe for your cat, so ask your vet. Talk to your vet about the above ideas. Good luck and sorry. When they are near eachother, watch them. Age difference is important to talk about also when asking this question. As well as gender.
