I have a 6 month old Bengal male kitten. I have noticed several (3-4) skin colored pimples on its belly area lately, one of them looks like it has popped (scabbing.
is this something to be concerned with?

Are you quite positive that these are not nipples? Male cats have them too.

If so, then my next question is, is there a border of bare skin around the pimples? And does your cat go outside, have contact with a dog, or with other cats that go outside?

If you answer yes to any of these, you need to take your kitty to a vet. He could have a fungal infection that may be zoonotic, i.e. transmissible to humans.  The vet will have to take a culture and it will take a week or so to determine if it is positive.

But even if the answer is no, I do suggest that you take him in to a vet. I'm not a vet and don't try to be, and it's not appropriate for me to try to diagnose a medical problem that I haven't seen. Where I can add value is to help people decide whether they need a vet or not and if so, how urgent it is. The rest I leave to the professionals.
